Very very simple to make, it only takes about 20 minutes and it's amazing!
Ingredients
Makes 3 servings
- 6 chicken thighs (skin on)
- 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoons fennel seeds
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1 dollop of olive oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200C. Use a frying pan to brown the chicken in the olive oil. With a mortar and pestle grind the rest of the ingredients together. When the chicken is brown on all sides, smear the mixture on top of the chicken skin, remove from the burner and place it into the oven for 15-20minutes. Serve with a greek salad, or sauteed mushrooms.
