Description (Some HTML is OK)

OK so it's barely worthy of an entire recipe to itself, but I thought I would share with the world a tasty snack you can make very quickly, even if your cupboards are practically bare. Just a small twist on a fried egg, but makes all the difference in my opinion. Might just be exactly what you fancy next time you're hungover!

Ingredients

Makes 1 serving

  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices of bread
  • Cajun seasoning
  • HP Sauce

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

Few surprises here:

Stick the bread in the toaster.

Start frying the egg, sprinkling as much or as little Cajun seasoning on top as you fancy.

Once the egg is nice and cooked on one side, flip it over and give it a minute or so on the seasoned side.

Whack some HP Sauce on the toast (ketchup is NOT a viable alternative!), and add your lovely fried egg. I recommend having sauce on both slices of toast.

Who'd have thought that HP Sauce and Cajun combine so well eh?
