Description (Some HTML is OK)

This is a recipe designed for people to make as many adaptations as they like. This a great use for leftover fish. You'll want to have fish leftover just to make this.

Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

  • 4 cups cooked fish (trout, salmon, tuna etc)
  • 2 TBS mayonnaise (yogurt, sour cream)
  • 1 TBS mustard
  • 1 TBS pickle relish (I have pickle relish specifically for recipes like this)
  • 1 TBS onion (shallots, green or red onions)
  • 1 cup diced crunchy vegetables (celery, carrot, bell pepper)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Tostadas or good bread

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

Mash cooked fish with a fork until broken up into flaky pieces. Add mayo, mustard and relish and mix it in. Then add onions and vegetables and mix it in. Lastly season with salt and pepper.
