Description (Some HTML is OK)

Tasty, healthy and good for the environment !
Kangaroo steak is very low in fat, and Kangaroo's with their long soft feet have less impact on the delicate Australian top soil, than sheep, cattle and pigs.
Easy to find in Australia, it may be a bit more of a challenge to find in other countries, but well worth the effort of tracking it down.
