Description (Some HTML is OK)

This is an old fashioned marshmallow recipe from a family friend.

Ingredients

Makes 0 servings

  • 1 jelly any flavour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons gelatine
  • Food colouring (paste or powder if you can get it)

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

Boil all ingredients together for 2 minutes or until goopy, then add food colouring until desired colour is reached, & remove from heat.

Quickly beat until thickened, then pour into greased tin & allow to cool a bit before refrigerating.
