Just so I don't forget again.


Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

  • ¼ cup polenta
  • 1 cup water
  • microwave-safe glass bowl with more than enough room
  • wooden spoon

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

Microwave on full for 1 minute (750W oven)

Microwave for 2 minutes
- stir -
Microwave for 3 minutes

A wooden spoon is useful as you can leave it in the microwave.
