Nutritionists warn you, don't buy multi-grain, its not whole grain. You want the whole grain stuff. Well my house is equal opportunity. I make both. Multi-grain has lots of good nutritious stuff for you.


Ingredients

Makes 0 servings

  • 1 ¼ cup water
  • 1 ½ TBS butter
  • 3 TBS Molasses or Honey
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup 10 grain cereal (I used Red Barn)
  • 1 TBS dry buttermilk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp yeast

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

Put ingredients in order listed. Wet first. Dry, then well of yeast. Put on regular bread setting.
