  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tea spoon cinnamon
  • 1 tea spoon baking soda
  • ½ tea spoon salt
  • ½ tea spoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1-2 cups of raisins

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

Preheat oven to 350F.

Cream the butter, eggs, water, brown sugar and vanilla. In a seperate bowl sift together sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, baking powder and ground cloves. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and then fold in the oats and raisins.
