Description (Some HTML is OK)

Speedy recipe for those evenings you don't have much time to cook.

Ingredients

Makes 4 servings

  • 4 salmon steaks
  • knob of butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh Dill
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Olive oil

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

Pre-heat your pan over a medium heat. In a mortar and pestle crush the clove of garlic and some fresh dill. Coat your salmon in olive oil and then rub in the garlic and dill mixture. Add the butter to the pan. Place your salmon in the pan, fry for 3 minutes on the first side and about 5 on the second. Remove from heat when the salmon has turned pink and flaky. Err on the undercooked as salmon is best when still moist.
