Pizza roll ups--great finger food!
Ingredients
Makes 3 servings
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 8 oz bag pepperoni-cut into quarters
- Bunch of green onions (5ish)
- Pizza Sauce (for dipping)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350
Roll out pizza crust
Spread ranch dressing as the sauce
Top with pepperoni, green onions (chopped, I just used the white part) & cheese
Roll the crust up
Place the log on a cookie sheet and put in freezer for 15 minutes
Cut into 1" segments, place on cookie sheet & bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Warm pizza sauce in microwave for dipping
