Another cream based recipe - I have to branch out a bit more...

Anyway, this is tasty & very easy. Was shown this by a friend


Makes 0 servings

  • 4 Medium Potatoes
  • Cream (don't used double or thickened cream)
  • Mozzarella & Parmigiana
  • 4 Individual pie pans

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

Slice the potatoes & layer into the pie pans. Grate in some Mozzarella & Parmigiana every so often.

When you've reached the top of the pie pans, add cream until it comes half way up the inside of the pan. Top with more cheese.

Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese has melted & browned on top. Don't use a fan forced setting, as you'll need to cover with foil halfway through.

You can spoon these out as individual servings. Brilliant.
