Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- A few peppercorns
- 1/s tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 1 tbsp capers
- Handful fresh basil (chopped)
- Handful fresh parsley (chopped)
Preparation
Grind the peppercorns in a pestle and mortar, add capers and grind some more, add other ingredients, stir. Done.
