Description (Some HTML is OK)

I like to use this on a salad of spinach with some candied nuts, goat cheese, and cranberries, but it's really delicious on any kind of salad, and easy to make using ingredients you probably keep around the house.

Ingredients

Makes 0 servings

  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp Tabasco sauce
  • ¼c red wine vinegar
  • ½ c oil
  • ¼ c sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

Whisk vinegar, Tabasco, sugar, and salt in a small bowl. Slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking to emulsify. Add salt and pepper to taste, then toss with salad.
