brussel sprouts, blackbean sauce, stir fry
Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- 10 sprouts (or more if you really like them)
- black bean sauce
- cooking oil of choice
- I adapted this recipe from www.vanillagarlic.com
Preparation
Prepare sprouts by discarding outside leaves then quarter the nasty things
and stir fry in hot oil until almost cooked
add a couple of spoonfulls of blackbean sauce and cook for a further minute or so until cooked to your taste
