Description (Some HTML is OK)

Invented by my Dad, this was a hit with my brothers and I. I introduced my housemates to it at University with similar success. Far nicer than it sounds. An effective hangover cure if accompanied by Guinness.

Ingredients

Makes 4 servings

  • 1 Large Onion
  • 6 Sausages
  • 1 tin of Beans
  • Brown Sauce
  • a little vegetable oil

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

Chop the sausages into quarters.

Chop the onion roughly.

Fry the sausages and onion gently until the onions clear.

Keeping the heat low, add the tin of beans.

Cook for as long as you can. Definitely 20 minutes, but decades might not be inappropriate.

Serve onto toast and top with brown sauce.
