Description (Some HTML is OK)

So easy ... So tasty ... but never enough!

Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

  • 12 fresh prawns
  • Handful of fresh chopped coriander
  • A dash or 6 of Tobasco sauce (depends on how hot you like it?)
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive or peanut oil (for cooking)
  • Lemon or Limes wedges for serving

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

1. Peel and chop garlic
2. Chop coriander
3. Heat wok on high heat until it starts to smoke, then add oil
4. Add garlic and stir fry for a minute or 2 just to flavour the oil (do not brown)
5. Put prawns into wok and toss continuously until pink/orange on all sides
6. Once prawns are coloured add the Tobasco & coriander and toss before serving
7. Garnish with lemon or lime wedges
