makes 2 loaves of yummy moist zucchini bread.
Ingredients
Makes 0 servings
- 3 c. flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. grated zucchini
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ¼ tsp. baking powder
- ½ c. sour cream
- 1 c. nuts or raisins (I put a cup of both)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into two greased loaf pans 9x5x3. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
