Great breakfast muffins, serve with some boiled eggs and a fruit salad for a quick healthy start to the day. We added some blueberries in the photo...in case you were confused.

Banana Bread

This recipe uses applesauce in place of oil, so it is lower in fat than most banana breads. Lots of taste, though! And you can optionally add walnuts or chocolate chips.
