Goats Cheese, Thyme, Onion and Potato Bread
(1)
by
Row
Pinched from St Delia, this is an excellent accompaniment to casseroles and stews. Strictly speaking, its not really bread (no yeast, not a lot of kneading, proving etc etc), more of a cake. But bread seems a more appropriate name.

Picnic plait
(2)
by
claire
I was quite proud of this: it looks really fancy. Made it for a hangover and we ate it warm. A bit like pizza in a plait. But I believe its supposed to be eaten cold while out on a fancy picnic. (you do need a bread maker)

Multi Grain Bread
by
theblankplate
Nutritionists warn you, don't buy multi-grain, its not whole grain. You want the whole grain stuff. Well my house is equal opportunity. I make both. Multi-grain has lots of good nutritious stuff for you.

Whole Wheat Sweet Potato Bread
by
theblankplate
This is a variation of the brad machine bread recipe. You can easily make your own sweet potato butter if you want. Boil and mash sweet potatoes and add sugar cinnamon and nutmeg to your liking. You can also put in other butters like pumpkin butter or apple butter.

BeckonFood
Credit where credit is due, this recipe can be found on the back of the King Arthur all-purpose flour package (the non-organic, although I recommend using organic whenever possible).
