Eton Mess
by
lukkie_shipwreck
A sublime mixture of strawberries, pieces of meringue and cream, which is traditionally served at Eton College's annual cricket game against the students of Winchester College. I use Elmlea to reduce the fat content as its a cream substitutue: a blend of buttermilk and vegetable oils. And use the th...

Herby chicken

by

Simple every day chicken that tastes mighty good. Marinating the chicken gives it added flavour but by marinating it in the dish that you then pop in the oven it makes it extremely simple too.

Vin d'orange

Anchovy butter
(1)
by
Jared
Flavoured butter is a great way to add a little something to a bland dish. This particular version tastes great added to braised winter greens with a few tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. You can use the same recipe to make just about any kind of flavoured butter.
