Slow Roast Lamb by lukkie_shipwreck

Produces flavourful and fall off the bone meat, with sweet caramelised onions and a rich gravy. You could substitute red wine if you prefer. The beauty of this recipe is that once it's all in the pot you leave it in the oven undisturbed until you are ready to eat.

Spiced lamb with hummus (1) by Row

Taken from the Guardian's recent "Quick and Healthy Menus" booklets, this made an excellent lunch. Although it was v quick, I'm not convinced about how healthy it was :)

Spicy Lamb Ragu with Rigatoni (2) by Row

You can make this as per the method below or put it in the slow cooker for a couple of hours and really let those flavours develop. I have been known to leave my bolognese sauce in the slow cooker for six hours before serving, so next time I might do the same with this.
