Herby chicken
(2)
by
claire
Simple every day chicken that tastes mighty good. Marinating the chicken gives it added flavour but by marinating it in the dish that you then pop in the oven it makes it extremely simple too.

Endive & parsley salad
by
ben
Endive is the best thing at the moment (January) when you're just craving freshness and beginning to get a bit jaded about earthy stews and left over Christmas cake. And hemp oil is right trendy these days, but that's okay, we can live with that.

It's a bit like chickpea hummous but much more green. Thanks to Panera Bread for the recipe.

Feta & parsley borek
(1)
by
Jared
Although a little bit salty (due to the feta) overall the result was very tasty. Note: You’ll be able to find Yufkas at most middle-eastern stores, but you could use phyllo pastry, but it wouldn’t be quite the same.

Herb & Cheese Lamb Cutlets
by
Mojen
Quick and simple, if you have a blender. If you want, the cheese can be left off (if you too live with a freak who hates cheese!!), and I've found it takes 20 mins in an oven, but that might just be me being odd :D original from: http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/herbandcheesecrusted_88...
