I got this recipe from someone who used to work at Kraft. While she was working there she developed a good friendship with the chefs and home economists in the Kraft kitchens. Delicious and simple, good with chicken, fish, as a BBQ glaze or out of the jar!

Forked and changed Peach salsa: "Simplified a bit and put in British quantities"
My first attempt at preserving. This is delicious and easy. Great with cooked meats, in sandwiches and just on a cracker with some salty cheese!
