It seems I may be braver than anybody thought, especially myself: with no money and no job and no plans, I packed a suitcase and took a bus across the country. Las Vegas is more than I could have hoped for, and I plan to get under its skin and make it my home.
I'm one of those creative sorts, you know, a writer and photographer and so on, and I like to live my life the same way--get struck by inspiration and have faith that if I keep working at it, something amazing will happen. So far it always has. Life's funny that way.
