Mike's recipes: Mmmmm…

Naan bread (2) forked from offmessage

This recipe relies on you having a bread machine with a dough setting! Makes extremely tasty naan bread, although not quite like you get in British curry houses.

Salmon with a lemon and herb crust (1) forked from claire

Very simple, very summery salmon. Oven bake and serve with new potatoes and something fresh and green.

Roast Pork Belly & Potatoes (4) forked from stuart and jen

Roast the pork belly directly on the oven rack over the potatoes ... that way the seasoned potatoes soak up the juices from the roast ... food heaven! Inspired by Nigel Slater.

"I can't believe we haven't Forkd this yet" (4) forked from Row

This is a sort of cheaty Chicken Basque, taken from St Delia's website. We eat this on a regular basis and neither of us could believe we had yet to put in on Forkd.

Oven-baked Lamb Chops with Onion and Rosemary Sauce (4) forked from winjer

Once again, another Delia sourced recipe. This is straighforward and tasty, and a nice way to do lamb chops which can sometimes be unpalatably greasy. Baking them like this is good, and even without the sauce these would be very tasty.

Chunky chips (2) forked from claire

Easy peasy kinda chips that are always a winner. They don't use much oil so could almost be called healthy too.

Pear & Ginger crumble (1) forked from stuart and jen

Forked and changed Pear & Ginger crumble: "Added ground ginger to the Crumble mix"

Although your kitchen will swelter with the heat from the oven, I promise you the reward will be worth the sweat. Make sure you don't eat too much at supper, as seconds is a must with this dish. Why not just have it for supper... saves time. Serve with ice cream.

Lazy Pasta with Tomato and Chicken forked from DebbieT

The old standby when I have food in the house but I'm too lazy to think of something interesting to do with it.

Chicken goujons (1) forked from claire

A simple way to make your own chicken goujons - great for kids. You can make these in bulk, freeze them and cook them straight from the freezer.

Chicken with oranges and black olives (1) forked from claire

We eat a lot of chicken. This is one of my favourite (tasty AND easy) ways of cooking it. We always have all the ingredients lying around.
