Simple cucumber raita by mrben

A *really* simple cucumber raita: the perfect, soothing accompaniment to any curry. I prefer this simple recipe to any with spices or seasoning. Partly because I always forget to make the raita until I'm serving the curry! This can be made in under a minute.
