My Dad used to make a Thermos of chai he'd take with him to work every day. Basically just boiling a pan of half milk, half water with Tetley's teabags, some Anise seeds and one cardamon pod with some sugar. Low-brow, but brilliant! Also, I've recently come across a ready mix that's pretty good - https://www.drinkmechai.co.uk/shop/
