super easy chicken dinner, always a hit!
Ingredients
Makes 0 servings
- 1 cup salsa
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg of taco seasoning
- up to 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can or 1 cup of corn
- 1 can of black beans
Preparation
mix all ingredients in crockpot, making sure to cover chicken. cook on low heat for 4-6 hrs. Shred chicken (should be extremely easy and tender). Serve over rice.
