I love this recipe, you don't need to prepare any dough and the amount of butter is rational. Thanks mom.


Ingredients

Makes 8 servings

  • Dry elements
  • 12 tbsp of flour
  • 12 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • Rest of elements
  • 50g of butter
  • 1 ½ cup of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 apples
  • Optional
  • cinnamon

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

1. Grease a baking tray.
2. Cut the apples in slices.
3. Mix the dry elements.
4. Mix the milk and the eggs. (separated from the mixture of step 3)

Now, in the tray, repeat until the ingredients are finished:
4. Put a portion of the dry mixture.
5. Place the apples over the dry mixture.
6. Place the liquid mixture and bits of butter over the apples.

7. Optional: add cinnamon in top of the cake.
8. Cook in the oven until top has turned golden brown.
