Very very healthy and pretty tasty too.


Ingredients

Makes 0 servings

  • 4 oz all bran
  • 3 oz caster sugar
  • 10 oz mixed dried fruit (apricots, sultanas, dates, figs, raisins, cranberry, pumpkin, sunflower seeds)
  • ½ pint skimmed milk
  • 4 oz self raising flour

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

Put all bran, sugar and dried fruit in bowl. Stir in milk and stand for 1/2 hour. Sieve in flour. Pour into well greased 2lb load tin. Bake for 45 mind to one hour at 180'c
