Description (Some HTML is OK)

Simple and easy way to cook fish for those (like me) who are afraid of it. Thanks, Cooking Mama, for this base recipe!

Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • fresh ground black pepper
  • sea salt
  • foil
  • lime

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

Preheat the oven to 350F. Rub the salmon fillets with the olive oil and place on a large sheet of baking foil. Put the garlic next to the salmon, sprinkle salt and pepper on the top and then bring the edges of the foil together to make a loose parcel. Put in the oven for about 20 mins. If the fish flakes off easily, it is ready to eat.

Serve with a lime wedge to squeeze over fillet.
