This is a South African dish and is very simple. Enjoy!
Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of chutney(any will do nice to experiment)
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of curry powder
Preparation
Mix together chutney mayonnaise and curry powder in a small bowl.
Place chicken breasts in heat-proof dish and cover with chutney sauce.
Cook for 30-40 mins at about 160 degrees celcius.
Serve with potato wedges/rice and a salad.
