Kyrea's recipes: Mmmmm…

Chinese barbeque marinade by Kyrea

Play around with these ingredients - I regularly use variations of this on both pork and chicken. The longer you leave the meat in, the tastier it gets, and the more tender the meat - great with summer salads, or with rice and stir-fry vegetables in winter.

Bacon and Chicken Roast with thyme (1) forked from Tora

This is a really delicious dish, no, let me emphasise. A really really delicious dish! It's not very spicy, so feel free to add some chilis or white pepper for some more schwung, but this is not at all necessary to make this simple and extremely successful dinner!

Cocoa and raisin cereal bars (2) forked from claire

Delicious, pretty healthy and ridiculously easy. Made them for the kids but the adults have scoffed the lot. Inspired by the extremely expensive Organix bars of the same name. Keep for ages (2 weeks+) and great for lunch boxes or emergency snacks.

The ultimate ciabatta - bacon, mozzarella etc by Kyrea

My favourite sandwich by a mile... also works well as a panini, minus the lettuce and mayo. I also sometimes substitute pesto for the cranberry for a change, or you could use chicken instead of (or as well as, if you wanted to be really decadent!) bacon.
