My cooking tends to be quite "Northern" (ie stodge/hearty), but I'm attempted to widen my ideas a little and hoping this place will help keep track of what was lovely and what should never be attempted again...
Brought up very much in the Delia style of home cooking, though obviously I like to think I'm the next Nigella.
