Flourless chocolate and almond cake
forked from
lukkie_shipwreck
A grown up chocolate cake, moist with a lovely crumb. It will puff up and crack while baking and then sink down when its cooling. A good idea to serve fresh raspberries or ice cream with this and espresso. Recipe from The Times Newspaper

Savoury buckwheat pancakes
forked from
lukkie_shipwreck
These pancakes have a wonderful nutty flavour thanks to the buckwheat flour. They also turn out beautifully lacy. I like to serve mine with smoked Brunswick ham and grated chedder or crispy smoked bacon and grated fresh apple. Delicious.

Chocolate Fudge cake
(1)
forked from
claire
Just like the sort you get in restaurants and very easy to boot. Serve with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce or make a chocolate frosting and serve as 'real' cake. Adapted from a Gordon Ramsay recipe.
