Mostly I cook curries. Not authentic Indian food, but British Curry House curries. Some of them are my own inventions, but don't let that put you off. In the summer I try and cook seasonal, as I grow a lot of my own fruit and veg. There's only so much you can do with a glut of radishes though.

I'm also part of the team from Isotoma that are building new features into Forkd as you read this very page (seriously, we never stop - except to make great food, obviously).
