Plain old chocolate chip cookies. Sometimes the classics are the best.
Ingredients
Makes 20 servings
- 120 grams of butter
- 125 grams sugar
- 50 gram brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 125 grams flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 250 ml semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix butter, sugars, vanilla, and egg. Once combined, slowly add the flour, salt and baking soda until absorbed. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon dough on to a cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes at 375F (until golden).
