My dad's signature dish. One of them anyway.
Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- Base
- 500ml flour
- 15ml baking powder
- 30ml oil
- 1 egg
- 1tsp cinnamon
- Topping
- 250ml chopped apple
- 30ml melted butter
- 1tsp cinnamon
- ⅓ cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Combine the base ingredients and scoop the mix into a muffin pan.
Combine the topping and sprinkle on top of the muffins before baking.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-35min
