Description (Some HTML is OK)

Tastes just like Mars Bars and cream, funnily enough.

Ingredients

Makes 8 servings

  • 4 Mars Bars
  • 250ml (8 fl oz) milk
  • 500ml (16 fl oz) whipping cream (not double cream)

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

1. Chop Mars Bars and put in saucepan with milk.
2. Heat gently, stirring frequently, until all but a few unmelted bits remain.
3. Remove pan from the heat and place in a few inches of cold water to cool.
4. Stir the chilled cream into the mixture.
5. Still freeze, or churn until the consistency of whipped cream and then still freeze.
