So simple and so tasty. My father-in-law and I fight over these at Christmas time. Good luck to anyone else that wants to get their hands on them.
Ingredients
Makes 40 servings
- 900g Raisins
- 450g chocolate
Preparation
1. Melt chocolate with a double boiler (or in the microwave).
2. Mix with raisins.
3. Drop them in small piles on parchment paper and let them cool.
Makes between 3 and 4 dozen depending on the size you make them. Store in an air tight container.
