Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 750ml chilled pineapple juice
- 185ml Malibu
- 125ml Bacardi
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 500g chilled rockmelon, deseeded, peeled, coarsely chopped
Preparation
1. Place the pineapple juice, Malibu, Bacardi, ice and rockmelon in the jug
of a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Divide the mixture among serving glasses.
