Ingredients

- Half a dozen bananas
- A few spoons of peanut butter or honey (optional)
Preparation
- Peel the bananas
- Cut them into small pieces
- Freeze for just 1-2 hours on a plate
- Blend, blend, blend - scraping down the bowl when they stick
- Add a tablespoon of honey or peanut butter (if you fancy)
- Enjoy the magic moment when they turn into ice cream!
