I seem to be submitting an awful lot of brassica recipes - well, 'tis the season.
This goes brilliantly with salt and pepper chicken, in fact I'm eating it at the moment - okay, not now obviously.
Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- 1 head curly kale shredded
- 2 cloves garlic finely sliced
- 1 tblsp vegetable oil
- 250ml water
- 4 tblsp sweet chilli sauce
- 3 tblsp soy sauce
Preparation
Heat a wok on a high heat, add the oil and garlic, sizzle for 1/2 a minute till golden.
Add the kale and toss for 30 seconds.
Add the water, chilli sauce and soy sauce and reduce till the kale is tender and the liquid has thickened a little.
