Description (Some HTML is OK)

Bread made with beer. A good way to use up questionable beer left in your garage or fridge that you don't want to drink.

Ingredients

Makes 0 servings

  • 3 cups self-raising flour*
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 12 oz can beer (room temp)**
  • *Note: All-purpose flour can be substituted for self-raising flour, but be sure to add 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt for each cup of flour (for a total of 4 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt in this recipe)
  • **Lighter, crappy beer works better

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

Mix everything together, bake at 350F for 1 hour in a greased loaf tin.

Do you have to allow the bread time to rise before baking it?

    Nope!
