Ingredients

Makes 4 servings

  • 500g diced pork shoulder
  • 1 red chilli, chopped
  • 2 cm fresh root ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 lime, juice and zest
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 600g fresh egg noodles

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

1. Mix the honey, ginger and chilli and marinate the pork in the mixture for 5 mins.
2. Heat the oil and stir fry the pork until golden, then add the peppers and stir fry for a further 2 mins.
3. Add the lime juice and zest, soy sauce and sesame oil and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until the liquid has been absorbed.
